GLENUIG HALL ARTS GROUP PROMOTION
A relaxing day spent exploring the wonderful process of creating a Mosaic plaque in the beautiful Glenuig Hall, a perfect place to relax and be creative in stunning natural landscape.
Full tuition and all materials will be supplied along with a materials suppliers list to take away with your finished Mosaic. Materials will include the use of hand made ceramic pieces, glass mosaic tiles and beads, stained glass, slate, stones and beach pottery. Plus backing boards, adhesives and optional backing stones.
This workshop is generously subsidised to a reduced rate because of the Glenuig Hall Art Group's Awards For All funding. Maximum of 15 places, please book through ticketsource.
Course suitable for everyone, beginners or experienced.
Tea/coffee/biscuits will be supplied all day. Please bring a packed lunch with you.

MOSAIC ONE DAY COURSE

Mosaics can be displayed either indoors or outside.

CERAMICS ONE DAY COURSE
Sunday 12th February 2023 10am to 4pm £ 105
GLENUIG HALL, GLENUIG, MOIDART
A perfect chance to either try something new or develop your skills, this one day course explores different hand-building techniques such as coil and slab building, tile making and using formers. There will also be an opportunity to try out a potters wheel and glazing.
Full tuition and all materials will be supplied along with a materials suppliers list. The work produced will be dried in my workshop and then fired in an electric kiln. Your finished pieces will then be returned to you.
Course suitable for everyone, beginners or experienced.
Tea/coffee/biscuits will be supplied all day. Please bring a packed lunch with you. The use of a kitchen is available if required.
